1. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract to use this service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, OTPs). Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

2. Specific Services & AI Limitations

Our platform provides AI generation tools (Images, Video, Dept. Draft Maker, Affidavits) for Choice Centers, Advocates, and Citizens.

3. IT Act Intermediary Safe Harbour

Under Section 79 of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 (and subsequent IT Rules 2021), we operate purely as an 'Intermediary'. We provide a software interface/API to process user prompts. We do not manually monitor, filter, modify, or endorse the generated outputs. You, the user, are the sole publisher and author of the generated content.

4. Strict Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance Policy)

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Fake IDs & Forgery: Generating fake government ID cards, fake stamps, counterfeit certificates, or unauthorized official signatures.
• Deepfakes: Morphing or altering photos/videos of individuals, politicians, or celebrities without explicit written consent.
• CSAM & Explicit Content: Generating child sexual abuse material, non-consensual explicit imagery, or pornography.
• System Abuse: Scraping data, bypassing token constraints, hacking APIs, or employing automated bots on the platform.

5. Payments, Tokens & Refunds

We operate on a pre-paid Token wallet system. All token purchases are final. We do not provide refunds to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, Card) under any circumstances. If an AI generation fails specifically due to server or API errors, the deducted tokens are automatically refunded to your platform wallet. Accounts violating our policies will be permanently banned and all token balances forfeited without compensation.

6. Lifetime Data Retention & Privacy

Generated documents, images, and videos are stored in your encrypted 'Workspace History' for a lifetime to ensure you can access them without repurchasing tokens. We adhere to standard data protection practices. However, you are solely responsible for manually deleting sensitive client data from your dashboard if required by applicable privacy laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided strictly on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall our maximum aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, or legal causes exceed the amount of tokens paid for the specific disputed transaction or ₹100 INR, whichever is strictly lower.

8. Third-Party API Reliance & Force Majeure

Our platform integrates APIs from third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Bytedance, Kling, etc.). We are not liable for generation delays, censorship, quality degradation, or downtime originating from these external providers. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any failure resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or Internet outages (Force Majeure).

9. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full ownership rights to the specific input prompts you provide. However, the platform architecture, user interface, software code, databases, and branding belong exclusively to Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, frame, or resell access to our proprietary platform.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your account and deny access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we suspect any violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or legal compliance risk.

11. User Indemnification (Your Liability)

You expressly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP, its owners, directors, and employees from and against any lawsuits, third-party claims, police complaints, administrative fines, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) arising directly or indirectly out of your use of the platform, the content you generate, or your violation of these terms.

12. Severability & Modifications

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the rest of the terms remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by updating this page.

13. Law Enforcement & Jurisdiction

We actively log IP addresses and platform activity. In the event of an investigation into forgery, fraud, or abuse, we will unconditionally cooperate with Cyber Crime Authorities. These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India[cite: 10].
