Strict Refund & Token Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026By purchasing tokens or using the AI generation tools (AI Departmental Drafts, Affidavits, Images, Videos, Passport Photos) on MyDoc Ai, you electronically consent to this strictly enforced and legally binding Refund Policy operated by Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP. Please read this carefully before making any payment.
CRITICAL RULE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We operate exclusively on a digital Pre-Paid Token system. Once a payment is successful and tokens are credited to your virtual wallet, the transaction cannot be reversed. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS to your Bank Account, UPI, Credit Card, or original payment method under any circumstances.
1. Automatic Token Reimbursement (API/Server Failures)
While we do not refund real currency, our system is designed to protect your tokens. If you attempt to generate an AI Departmental Draft, document, image, or video and the process fails ENTIRELY due to a server crash, 3rd-party API timeout, or technical fault from our end, the deducted tokens are automatically and immediately credited back to your platform wallet. You will never lose tokens for a generation that our system fails to deliver.
2. No Refunds for User Errors or AI Hallucinations
Tokens consumed for successful AI generations are strictly non-refundable. You will NOT receive a token refund or fiat refund in the following scenarios:
- You made a spelling mistake, typed incorrect facts, or selected the wrong model/document type.
- You are dissatisfied with the artistic quality, formatting, or style of the generated image/video.
- The AI model suffered from a 'hallucination' and produced factually, logically, or format-wise inaccurate text.
- You uploaded a low-quality, blurry, or inappropriate reference image/video.
3. Token Value & Expiration
Tokens hold zero real-world monetary value outside of MyDoc Ai. They cannot be exchanged, encashed, transferred to another user, or withdrawn to a bank account. Once purchased, tokens remain valid in your account indefinitely, provided your account remains active and is not banned for violating our terms.
4. Chargeback Abuse & Legal Action
Filing a false chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or UPI app after utilizing our services and consuming tokens constitutes digital fraud. If a fraudulent chargeback is initiated, we will permanently ban your account, forfeit all data/tokens, and submit your IP address, generation logs, and payment records to the bank and Cyber Crime Authorities to contest the fraud.
5. Forfeiture of Tokens for Illegal Acts (Zero Tolerance)
If your account is flagged or caught generating Forged Government Documents, Fake IDs, unauthorized Signatures/Stamps, Non-consensual Deepfakes, or CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), your account will be terminated immediately. All existing tokens in your wallet will be permanently confiscated as a penalty, and absolutely no refund will be entertained.
6. Contact & Support
If you experienced a billing error (e.g., money deducted from bank but tokens not credited), please do not file a dispute immediately. Contact our support team with your Transaction ID, and we will manually credit the tokens to your wallet within 24-48 working hours.
