Refund & Token Policy

By purchasing tokens or using our AI Legal Drafts, Affidavits, and Passport Photo tools, you agree to the following strictly enforced Refund Policy of Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP.

1. Pre-Paid Token System & No Bank Refunds

Our platform operates entirely on a 'Pre-Paid Token Wallet' system. Once tokens are purchased and credited to your platform wallet, the transaction is absolutely final. Under no circumstances will the amount be refunded back to your bank account, credit card, UPI, or original payment method. Please purchase token plans strictly according to your usage requirements.

2. Automatic Refunds for Failed Generations

If you attempt to generate a Legal Draft, Affidavit, or process a Passport Photo and the generation fails entirely due to a server error, system crash, or API timeout from our end, the deducted tokens are automatically and immediately refunded back to your platform wallet. You will not lose tokens for technical failures on our platform.

3. No Refunds for User Errors

Tokens consumed for successful AI generations are strictly non-refundable, even if you made a spelling mistake, selected the wrong document type, uploaded a poor-quality photo, or provided inaccurate prompts. It is your responsibility to verify all details before clicking the generate button.

4. Forfeiture of Tokens for Illegal Acts

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against Forgery, Fake Government IDs, Deepfakes, and CSAM. If your account is found engaging in any such illegal activities, your account will be permanently banned immediately. All remaining tokens in your wallet will be completely forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
