At MyDoc Ai (operated by Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data and the data you submit to generate AI applications, images, and documents.
1. Information We Collect
To provide you with a secure and personalized experience, we collect specific information:
- Account Credentials: We strictly require your full email address for user identification, login authentication, and account recovery. We do not use shortened IDs.
- Billing & Tokens: Transaction IDs, date of purchase, and token balances related to our pay-as-you-go system.
- Input Data: The text prompts, reference images, and application (arzi) details you submit to generate drafts.
- Log Data: Your IP address, browser type, and generation logs (strictly for security and fraud prevention).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to facilitate platform services. We DO NOT sell your personal data or user-generated documents to third-party marketing companies.
- To process AI generation requests and deliver output formats accurately.
- To maintain your persistent login sessions securely.
- To track token usage, manage refunds (in case of server failures), and handle billing support.
3. Third-Party AI Processors (API Sharing)
Important Disclosure: To generate high-quality drafts, videos, and images, the text prompts and reference images you submit are securely transmitted via API to third-party foundational models (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, etc.). These providers process the data to return the requested output. Please do not submit highly sensitive, classified, or highly confidential state secrets into the AI prompt boxes.
4. Data Retention & Workspace History
To ensure you do not have to spend tokens multiple times for the same document, we retain your generated drafts, images, and applications in your personal 'Workspace History' indefinitely as long as your account is active.
Your Responsibility: If you generate an application or draft for a client containing sensitive personal details, it is your responsibility to manually delete it from your dashboard history once the work is completed.
5. Data Security
We implement standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect your data during transmission. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Law Enforcement & Compliance
We may disclose your personal data, IP logs, and generation history if required to do so by law, in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., Cyber Crime Police), or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Logiclinkz Civic Services LLP and its users.
